Pathology and etiology of ascites

        Ascites is a variety of manifestations of the disease, according to its characteristics, characteristics, usually divided into transudative and exudative and bloody three categories. Common causes are: transudative ascites, hepatic venous obstruction, cardiogenic, nephrogenic, nutritional deficiency, chylous; exudative ascites are common causes of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, secondary peritonitis (including cancer ascites), tuberculous peritonitis, pancreatic, biliary, chylous fungal peritonitis; hemorrhagic ascites: common causes of acute portal vein thrombosis, hepatocellular carcinoma nodules rupture and acute submassive hepatic necrosis, liver traumatic rupture, hepatic artery aneurysm rupture, ectopic pregnancy.
